Oilflow Solutions Announces Marketing Agreement with M-I SWACO in South America

CALGARY, June 19, 2012 /CNW/ - Oilflow Solutions (Oilflow) announced today that it has entered into a regional product supply agreement with M-I SWACO, a Schlumberger company, to market its Proflux technology for the mobilization of heavy oil in well and pipeline applications.

The agreement provides M-I SWACO exclusive distribution of Oilflow's unique, patented chemistry in Venezuela, Colombia and the Caribbean countries. "The addition of Proflux to our portfolio of production technologies gives our customers access to economical, safe and environmentally friendly chemistry for the treatment of their wells and pipelines in the heavy oil environment," said Larry Greenblatt, director, Production Technologies, Latin America, M-I SWACO.

The agreement formalizes Oilflow's venture into international markets beyond Western Canada.
